Returns and Refund Policy
The products can only be returned if there are quality issue. In case of defects/quality issues, raise a return request within 3 days of delivery date.

Kindly mention the below details in the mail-
- Complete order details.
- Attached pictures of the damaged product.
- Once the return request is accepted by us, please ship the product back to us within 7 days.
- Shipping charges will be borne by the customer initially. A flat 150/- shipping charge will be paid to the customer later after receiving the returned product.
- After the product arrives back to us, it would go through a quality check. Once approved, it’ll be eligible for return/refund. In case of refund, it will be credited back to the original method of payment within 4-7 business days.
Refund Policy
At Looms and Clay, we strive for your satisfaction. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging. Customized items and clearance sales are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 4–7 business days.
